In addition to his retail enterprise experience, Michael represents a variety of organizations including professional service firms, tenant organizations, trade unions and non-profit organization. Michael has unique qualifications in Law Firm Management providing administrative, technical, financial and human resource guidance to law firms ranging from 25 to 100 attorneys. In Hawaii, Michael worked to develop and implement management initiatives for Carlsmith Ball LLP, as its internal Executive Director, before launching Steiner & Associates.
